We are seeking a detail‑oriented Job Captain with a passion for the design process to join our team in New York, NY.

• Manage commercial architecture projects from beginning to completion, interfacing with clients and project teams on budget, schedule, and work plans.
• Research building codes and local zoning requirements.
• Prepare presentation drawings and diagrams to clearly convey design ideas.
• Produce architectural documents for permit submittal and construction.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field required, plus 5+ years of relevant design experience.
• Experience producing construction drawings in Revit is required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling and rendering software (Rhino, Enscape, Lumion), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience attending client meetings and coordinating across all phases of design.

Salary range: $80,000 - $95,000 USD annually.
