Full-time
Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's of Architecture degree.
- Two to three years of office experience.
- Detail oriented and able to work independently on multiple projects at different design phases.
- Experience in construction documents and millwork detailing.
- Ability to source products and materials including plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, tile and stone.
- Experience with NYC code compliance, filing and Building Management approval.
- Manage production of deliverables in a timely manner.
- Ability to collaborate with and manage junior designers and interns.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, contractors, and vendors.
- Excellent AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Suite skills.
