Soni is partnering with a well-known luxury brand seeking a Project Coordinator to support retail design, visual merchandising, and architectural projects across the U.S.

This role will manage projects from concept through completion, partnering with retailers, vendors, mill workers, and internal design teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on brand.

• Manage multiple retail design and build projects simultaneously
• Oversee timelines, budgets, invoicing, and project documentation
• Review shop drawings and track project progress
• Coordinate with external vendors and retail partners
• Manage punch lists, maintenance requests, and shipment tracking

• 3+ years of project management experience
• Experience supporting architectural, retail, construction, visual merchandising, or design projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with Excel and project management tools
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Procore, Airtable, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

$25 – $30 per hour

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job‑related qualifications.
