Intermediate Architect Hospitality

PBDW Architects, a design-oriented, award-winning mid-sized firm in New York City, seeks a full-time Intermediate Architect to join our team. Our practice spans a wide range of project types including educational, cultural, commercial, and residential and is equally distributed between new construction and design in historic contexts. • Develop design and construction documents
• Delegate tasks to a team
• Construction administration
• Provide technical guidance about materials and specifications
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary consultants and manage deadline submissions
• Work independently as well as collaboratively

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture.
• Extensive experience in Hospitality projects REQUIRED
  . Must have at least 2 completed hotel projects in your portfolio, otherwise application will not be considered. Experience with renovations within existing buildings preferred but not required.
• Experience in collaboration with Interior Design firms
  .
• 5-8 years of professional experience in US Architecture firms
• Proficiency in REVIT & AutoCAD
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• English proficiency required, both spoken and written
• Legal US work status required

Full-time

$80,000-$100,000 annual salary dependent upon individual's experience.
