** Lead design for a major product area while balancing hands-on design work with leadership responsibilities.
** Design Leadership**   - Own user experience strategy for a major product area
- Lead design for complex features and user workflows
- Establish design quality standards and review processes
- Drive design system adoption within product area
** Team/Project Leadership**   - Provide design direction and mentorship to designers
- Facilitate design critiques and collaborative design sessions
- Support experience designers' professional development
- Coordinate design work across multiple feature teams
** Requirements**:
* 5-8 years of design experience with leadership capabilities
* Strong portfolio demonstrating complex workflow solutions
* Experience mentoring junior and mid-level designers

Experience getting the most from AI tools in crafting creative solutions Excellent communication and presentation skills
