Location: New York
9B is seeking a Senior Architect to lead key design packages on a large-scale mixed-use tower project in Miami.
The Role- Develop plans, sections, and spatial strategies
- Support programme distribution and design logic
- Translate concept into clear architectural outputs
- Coordinate across internal design work streams
- 10+ years’ experience
- Experience in large-scale or high-density projects
- Strong spatial and technical understanding
- Able to lead defined packages independently
- Initial 4-month contract, with strong potential to transition into a permanent role
- Full-time, office-based role (5 days per week in Central London)
