Drafter

We are seeking a skilled Drafter to create precise shop and fabrication drawings for exterior architectural projects. This role focuses on curtain walls, stick-built systems, storefront entrances, guardrails, and canopies
. The Drafter will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and fabricators to ensure drawings are accurate, buildable, and meet project specifications.

• Produce detailed shop and fabrication drawings for curtain walls, stick-built systems, storefronts, guardrails, and canopies.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure design intent and fabrication requirements are met.
• Review architectural plans, specifications, and measurements to develop accurate CAD drawings.
• Maintain organized drawing files and revision logs.
• Assist in resolving design or fabrication challenges and propose practical solutions.
• Ensure all drawings comply with company and industry standards.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD
  ; experience with Revit or 3D modeling software is a plus.
• Experience drafting curtain walls, stick-built storefronts, architectural glazing, guardrails, and canopies
  .
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes, dimensions, and tolerances for metal and glass systems.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
  .
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or CAD certification preferred.
