The Role

Antefixe USA LLC is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our fast‑growing architectural and project management team in NYC, supporting high‑profile luxury retail projects including flagship boutiques, mall boutiques, shop‑in‑shops, and high‑end renovations for internationally recognized brands.

This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is eager to grow within luxury retail architecture, construction, and project management. The successful candidate will support Senior Project Managers in coordinating projects from design development through construction and close‑out while maintaining the highest standards of quality, organization, and client service.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing luxury retail projects from pre‑construction through project completion
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project, including Gantt charts tracking all project phases from Kick‑Off through Final Turnover
  • Support communication between clients, landlords, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams
  • Attend weekly project calls, prepare detailed meeting notes, track action items, responsibilities, and deadlines, and issue Minutes of Meeting for PM review and distribution
  • Coordinate procurement activities with all OFI/FFE vendors, including furniture, decorative lighting, and specialty vendor procurement on behalf of clients
  • Track vendor registration documents, commercial proposals, invoices, shipping documentation, and coordinate with freight forwarders for final delivery to client warehouses
  • Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Schedule of Values (SOV) in Excel
  • Under PM supervision, assist in preparing tender and bidding documentation for Millwork, Glazing, Stone, and General Contractor scopes
  • Review and track shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, finish samples, and approvals
  • Conduct site visits and document existing field conditions when required
  • Coordinate architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical information throughout project phases
  • Support budgeting activities, proposal reviews, change order tracking, and invoice coordination
  • Assist with construction administration and monitor project progress, quality, and luxury brand standards
  • Help identify project issues proactively and support implementation of solutions
  • Maintain organized digital and physical project files following company procedures and standards
Candidate Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Construction Management, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • 2–5 years of experience in architecture, project coordination, construction administration, or luxury retail environments
  • Experience with retail, hospitality, commercial interiors, or millwork projects preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑disciplinary office environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to self‑monitor work quality and adapt to company procedures and standards
  • Basic understanding of construction methods, detailing, and project workflows
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
  • Proficiency with Bluebeam, Procore, MS Project, or similar project management software is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and proactive mindset
