Role SummaryAs a Junior Landscape Designer you will be responsible for design and technical production on landscape projects of varying scales, including conceptual design, production of drawing sets, grading and planting design, coordination, and landscape materiality.
Responsibilities- Develop conceptual design concepts for landscape projects.
- Produce drawing sets and models for grading and planting plans.
- Coordinate technical details with project teams and consultants.
- Ensure accurate technical documentation and production quality.
- Support design development and prepare edits during the project lifecycle.
- Professional degree in landscape architecture, architecture, or a related field such as Ecology, Urbanism, Urban Design, or Environmental Design.
- 0-3 years of professional experience as a landscape designer or architect.
- Strong ability with 3D modeling in Rhino, Adobe Suite, and AutoCAD.
- Understanding of grading design, planting design, natural systems, materials, and technical aspects of landscape architecture.
- Familiarity with technical documentation, coordination, and a dedication to rigor and craft in built work.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, spoken and written.
- Strong conceptual and design skills with sensitivity to human scale.
- Ability to express design ideas quickly, clearly and succinctly.
- Ability to develop design options collaboratively with other teams and consultants.
- Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to accept constructive guidance from managers.
- Experience as a junior designer on built and published projects.
- Familiarity or competence with Revit.

Salary range: $67,000 – $74,000 per year, depending on experience.
