With over $250 million in active construction work, the studio is seeking an Architect / Project Manager to lead complex renovation and rehabilitation projects — from conception through completion. This role would be ideal for a Project Architect, Project Manager, or Senior Architect with strong experience delivering large-scale building rehabilitation projects and confidence managing teams, clients, and consultants through all project phases.

- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Hybrid schedule)
- Manage renovation and rehabilitation projects from feasibility through construction administration
- Lead communication with clients, consultants, and construction teams, maintaining a strong Client Network
- Oversee design integrity through all phases, ensuring updates and documentation are consistent
- Review submittals and RFIs in a timely, organised manner
- Evaluate existing building conditions and update documents accordingly
- Supervise and mentor project teams during construction administration
- Strong background in renovation, restoration, and large-scale campus rehabilitation projects
- Experience in Business Development
, client engagement, and maintaining long-term professional relationships - Proficiency in REVIT and strong technical documentation experience
- Familiarity with NYC Building Codes, Zoning, and agencies such as NYCHA and HPD
- Experience with sustainable, resilient, and accessible design
- Professional architectural degree from an accredited institution
- LEED and/or Passive House Certification desirable
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
