Location: New York
sunspell is looking for an industrial designer based in New York to design and prototype exterior shell concepts for a new AI hardware product. You will work collaboratively, turning initial sketches into CAD models and 3D printed prototypes, while adhering to a premium standard inspired by the Oura Ring and Whoop.
This hands-on role requires strong skills in CAD software and physical prototyping, allowing you to iterate designs rapidly while maintaining original and intentional aesthetics. This is a paid three-month internship with a $2,500 monthly stipend.
