Architect / Sr. Architect, Creative Design / Digital Art, CAD/ AutoCAD/ Mechanical Design
We are seeking experienced, talented, and collaborative Architect/ Designers to join our multi-family residential studio with a focus on affordable housing. The selected candidates will be key members of the project team during all phases of development, from design presentation through construction administration on large-scale public projects. This hands‑on role will include developing design options, producing interior and exterior detailing, and drawing coordination.

Qualifications- 4‑7 years of post‑grad experience
- Bachelor or Master of Architecture Degree
- Excellent analytical and technical skills, including knowledge of NYC zoning and building code, construction set development, and detailing ability
- Experience working with affordable housing and developer clients; experience with HPD, HCR, and DCP preferred
- Familiarity with Passive House, NYSERDA, HPD BLDS
- Experience developing CD sets, including detailing ability and coordinating disciplines
- Proficiency in all phases of design and construction
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas
- Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and experience with 3ds Max, Enscape, and/or Rhino
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States
