Our client is a fast-paced apparel organization with a dedicated men’s sports division focused on developing trend-right outerwear and varsity-style products. The team works from concept through production with a strong emphasis on technical accuracy, design continuity, and meeting tight deadlines. They are currently seeking a Temp Men's Outerwear Designer to support their growing design team.

$35/hr - $38/hr

The Temp Men's Outerwear Designer will support the design and development of trend-forward men's outerwear collections. This role will translate creative direction into production-ready designs across varsity and men’s outerwear jacket categories while producing sketches, technical drawings, and detailed design specifications.

The ideal Temp Men's Outerwear Designer will maintain design accuracy, continuity, and consistency throughout the product development process while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced apparel environment. This position is ideal for an experienced designer with strong technical expertise and a passion for men’s outerwear.

• Design and develop men's outerwear collections from concept through production.
• Create sketches, technical drawings, and detailed design specifications.
• Execute trend-forward varsity and men's outerwear jacket designs.
• Develop graphics and design elements for outerwear collections as needed.
• Ensure design accuracy, continuity, and consistency across multiple projects.
• Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in men's apparel design, with outerwear experience preferred.
• Strong ability to design and develop men's outerwear collections from concept through production.
• Proven experience executing trend-forward varsity and men's outerwear jacket designs.
• Ability to create sketches, technical drawings, and detailed design specifications.
• Experience developing graphics and design elements for outerwear.
• Proficiency in illustration and photo manipulation/editing.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to design accuracy and continuity.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Advanced capability in outerwear graphic and design development.
• Portfolio demonstrating varsity-specific outerwear categories with production-ready design output.

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field preferred.
