Senior Product Designer

The Role

You’ll build and maintain the design systems, component libraries, and documentation that let complex brand and product experiences ship consistently across web, iOS and Android. That means design tokens, style guides, and interaction patterns – and Figma libraries built properly with Auto Layout, components and variants, so consistency and accessibility hold up at scale.

You’ll also translate strategy and visual concepts into product: responsive interfaces, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes. You’ll partner closely with engineering to ensure clean implementation, and you’ll present your decisions and rationale directly to clients. The studio runs on Figma and Fig Jam across the whole organisation, so the tooling matches the ambition.

$750 – $850 per day

Hybrid working

You’re roughly six years into a product or UI career, with at least two focused specifically on design systems. You’ve scaled a system end-to-end – tokens, component architecture, documentation – inside a product team or design consultancy.

You’re a real expert in Figma, fluent across web, iOS and Android patterns, grounded in accessibility, and comfortable defending your thinking in front of clients. Front-end literacy is a plus, not a requirement.
