• 7–10 years of professional experience, with a focus on Concept through Design Development phases.
• Strong Project Management skills and track record; demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced design environment.
• Fluency in Rhino and Revit (required); proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Enscape (preferred).
• Strong conceptual and visual communication skills.
• Experience working across a range of project types and scales.
• Familiarity with AI-based design tools or workflows is a plus.
• Current residence in New York City and authorization to work in the United States.

• Salary range: $90,000 – $110,000, commensurate with experience
• 401(k) plan
