User Experience Designer

Job Description

The Daily Meal is looking for an exceptional User Experience Designer. You will upgrade the complete user experience across The Daily Meal and The Active Times, leading the process from concept to handoff to the development team. In collaboration with domain experts and the Chief Product Officer, you will work on projects including the home page and story templates and continue to revolutionize the recipe experience for desktop and mobile devices.

You will iterate through concepts to implementation using a data-informed rapid release process and measure results.

• Develop a consistent, on-brand vision for site style and all creative assets.
• Work in a team environment to help conceptualize new products and applications, collaborating with stakeholders to turn their vision into implementable designs.
• Handle all design responsibilities related to product development, including wireframes, graphic design, and pre-launch visual quality review.
