Menswear Technical Designer

Fashion label is seeking a detail-oriented Menswear Technical Designer to support the development of high-quality apparel from concept through production. This role is ideal for a candidate with 3-5 years of experience in technical design who is confident working on spec sheets, grading, and tech packs, and is eager to grow under the guidance of a Senior Technical Designer before eventually taking ownership of a product category.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in both knit and woven garments, with a preference for menswear experience, though candidates with children swear backgrounds will also be considered. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel is essential for success in this position.

• Create and maintain accurate spec sheets and technical packs
• Support garment fit development, grading, and measurement review
• Partner with design, production, and vendors to ensure product consistency and quality
• Assist the Senior Technical Designer with daily technical development tasks
• Help manage fit sessions and communicate updates clearly to cross-functional teams
• Contribute to the development of knit and woven apparel categories

• 3-5 years of technical design experience in apparel
• Menswear experience preferred; children swear experience also welcomed
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, grading, and fabric behavior /li>
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop and Excel
• Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
