Technical Designer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Technical Design Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. You will be responsible for translating design concepts into technical specifications, ensuring that all designs are feasible for production while maintaining aesthetic integrity.

• Develop and maintain technical specifications for new and existing products, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with designers and product developers to understand design intent and translate it into technical drawings.
• Conduct fit sessions and provide constructive feedback to improve garment fit and construction.
• Create detailed tech packs that include materials, measurements, construction details, and other essential information for manufacturing.
• Review samples and prototypes, documenting any necessary changes or improvements with Design Team.
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues related to design or fit, providing solutions as needed.
• Collaborate with Production Team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in Mens and Ladies active wear a plus.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD tools.
• Strong understanding of garment construction techniques and fabric properties.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members across various departments.
• Previous experience in technical design or a related field is a plus but not required.
• A passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail will set you apart in this role.
• At least 3 years of experience in Technical Design.
