Senior Manager, Product Designer
We’re currently seeking a Senior Manager, Product Design to join the Global Enterprise Affairs team which is part of the Experience Design organization.
Role ExpectationsAs a Senior Manager of Product Design, you’ll combine your craft expertise and people leadership skills with an understanding of our customers and the business to co‑create innovative solutions to complex problems, drive product strategy, and create a thriving team culture of high‑performing designers. You’ll lead two emerging spaces within the Global Enterprise Affairs organization: the Accelerator and the Enablement and Innovation teams.
Product Design Expertise:
Demonstrate established expertise across interaction, visual and service design; collaborate with cross‑functional partners, oversee and optimize design systems, and produce artifacts such as vision stories, journey maps, blueprints, high‑fidelity designs and prototypes.Leadership:
Foster a positive and inclusive team environment, set goals aligned to broader portfolio strategy, manage stakeholders, remove barriers, and develop designers who are empowered to reach their potential.Strategic Direction:
Shape product direction by leveraging design expertise, user insights, and business understanding; drive alignment across product, tech, and business partners.Human‑Centered:
Advocate for human‑centered methodologies that align customer needs and business goals by applying data, research insights and design expertise.Business‑Focused:
Use knowledge of products, processes, customers, competitors and market trends to shape design engagement and portfolio decisions.Problem‑Solving:
Own the problem‑solving approach, evaluate alternatives, balance priorities, and bring creative solutions.Collaboration:
Engage cross‑organization expertise, identify needed partners, and embrace compromise to deliver best results.Communication:
Present work across levels and functions, modeling a strategic human‑centered approach that integrates design frameworks, data and research insights.
- At least 6 years of experience in a Product Design role
- At least 6 years of experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- At least 2 years of experience in a people leadership role
- At least 8 years of experience in a Product Design role
- At least 8 years of experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Experience working with and contributing to an established design system
- Experience collaborating with product, tech and business leaders
- Experience leading design projects or teams
- Experience working in heavily regulated, data‑heavy problem spaces
McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr. Manager, Design
New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 for Sr. Manager, Design
Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Manager, Design
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI).
