As a Project Architect, you will play a key role in the execution of prestigious, high-end hospitality and residential projects throughout New York City. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and the project team, bringing your expertise to every stage of design and construction. • Lead the preparation of stunning presentation drawings and detailed construction documents
• Attend site visits, conduct field reviews, and participate in crucial project meetings and construction administration
• Coordinate contractor schedules, review shop drawings, and ensure timely submission of samples
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to resolve project challenges, keep schedules on track, and maintain project integrity
• Keep detailed meeting minutes and facilitate coordination between clients, contractors, and vendors

• Experience: 5 + years of professional experience in New York City, ideally with a focus on hospitality or high-end residential design
• Expertise: In-depth knowledge of both modern and traditional design, with an emphasis on high-end residential projects in New York

  Strong CAD and Revit proficiency, along with a solid understanding of architectural building systems, materials, and New York City building codes
• Education: Professional degree in Architecture (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Team Player: Exceptional communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, small office environment
