Responsibilities
Kathrine McCoy Architect is seeking a Senior Project Architect with at least 5 years of experience to join our team. We are looking for a motivated self-starter with experience in all phases of design and construction. The ideal candidate will be a driven designer with experience detailing traditional homes, who is ready to jump in and help execute all phases of our projects.
Kathrine McCoy Architect is a full-service architectural firm located in Bridgehampton, NY. Our boutique approach to design allows us to seamlessly blend timeless elegance with the realities of modern life. We pride ourselves in crafting bespoke homes which reflect our clients’ vision and lifestyle.
Qualifications- Experience with traditional buildings and developing traditional project details.
- Experience leading a project from concept design through project completion.
- A strong aesthetic sense, with the ability to translate design into a tidy drawing set.
- Professional Degree in Architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite. 3D rendering and hand drawing skills a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
