IHL Group is looking for a highly creative, trend-driven Home Product Designer to join our Home division! This is an exciting opportunity to develop commercially successful soft and hard home collections while bringing fresh, trend‑right ideas to market for major retailers.

Established in 2007, IHL Group has grown into a recognized manufacturer and wholesaler with a strong North American and global presence across all major retail channels.

• Design across multiple home categories, including soft and hard home, under multiple brands, licensed programs, and private label collections.
• Research and identify emerging trends in color, print, pattern, materials, and lifestyle aesthetics.
• Create and develop CADs, original prints, patterns, constructions, and embellishment concepts.
• Partner closely with Sales, Merchandising, Packaging, Sourcing, and Product Development teams to bring concepts to market.
• Drive innovation across product categories while maintaining strong brand identity and retailer alignment.
• Balance creativity with speed‑to‑market execution in a fast‑paced environment.

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in home décor or textile design.
• Strong background designing categories such as bedding, pillows, throws, bath/shower, and kitchen textiles, with print and fabric knowledge.
• Deep understanding of retail trends and the off‑price retail landscape.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

Location: New York, NY – Midtown West

Schedule: Full‑time, on‑site Monday–Friday

Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,000–$90,000.
