Responsibilities- Oversee and coordinate the construction and design of furniture, objects, and interiors.
- Prepare hand sketches and 3D perspectives of proposed floor plan layouts.
- Formulate programming, space, and lighting solutions within a design.
- Create and organize lists and documents concerning materials, color, and equipment.
- Attend client meetings and develop initial design concepts consistent with contract specifications and design objective plans.
- Master’s degree in Interior design or a related field.
- At least 18 months of professional experience in interior design.
- At least 18 months of experience drafting construction drawings and producing 3D renderings of layouts, including material specifications and furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) packages.
- At least 18 months of experience creating concept materials and sourcing furniture pieces for designs.
- At least 18 months of experience organizing site visits for measurements and installations.
- Proficiency in 3dsMax, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, and V-Ray.
Annual salary: $61,714.
