We’re currently seeking a talented, resourceful, and open-minded Project Manager to join our growing New York team. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, global business.
About the RoleWe’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Manager with a strong background in technical design and production. You’ll manage multiple creative projects—from large-scale global rollouts to one-off bespoke installations—ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage architecture and retail experience projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with brand identity, client expectations, and design intent
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Oversee the creation, management, and quality control of technical drawings, 3D models, renders, and other project documentation, ensuring compliance with CAD and internal standards.
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams across offices.
- Monitor and control project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
- Conduct regular project reviews, risk assessments, and status updates to stakeholders, proactively addressing any challenges or delays.
- Ensure successful on-site project implementation, managing logistics, timelines, and contractor coordination.
- Conduct site visits and technical surveys as needed.
- Oversee production schedules and quality control.
- Provide technical support using Solid Works and Rhino
. - Prepare presentations and documentation using MS Office and Adobe Suite
. - Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Architecture, Engineering
, or a related field (must). - Must be based in New York.
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination or technical production.
- Proficiency in CAD software
, especially Solid Works and Rhino (must). - Skilled in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Strong ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English
