Responsibilities- Distribution of Design/Licensor/Sales samples
- Communicating with Design/Sales regarding passing of samples
- Tagging and pinning samplesFiling
- Helping prep for meetings
- Ordering Design supplies
- Checking Packaging Samples for weight/color
- Filing approved packaging samples
- Displaying inspiration samples
- Keep samples in storage rooms, cabinets and closets organized
- Deliver packages to the mailroom
- Maintain Yarn Book library
- Maintain shared Design Team Outlook Calendar
- Great attitude/team player/friendly/cooperative
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Organized
- Hardworking
- Illustrator and Photoshop proficient
- 3+ years of experience as a Design or Executive Assistant or comparable
