Senior Product Designer – Second Sight Solutions

We’re seeking a motivated Senior Product Designer to play a key role on our Product Design team. You’ll lead the design of new and evolving platforms, shaping end‑to‑end experiences that support complex, data‑driven decision‑making. You’ll collaborate closely with a highly skilled, technically innovative team to design and enhance applications that deliver meaningful value to our clients.

• Translate concepts, ideas, and visions into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high‑fidelity mockups, and detailed UI design specifications.
• Engage in continuous learning and practice to evolve design and integrate it into an agile and efficient process.
• Lead, coach, and engage the design team to ensure goals are met and high quality standards are maintained.
• Represent the voice of the customer, advocate for user needs while balancing business goals and technical constraints.
• Present work and insights to cross‑functional teams, guide decisions, influence direction, and elevate design standards.

• BA/BS degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer.
• Compelling portfolio demonstrating clean designs and a strong process.
• Experience in UX, Visual Design, or IA within multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Ability to support and teach fellow designers through pairing, critiques, and modeling best practices.
• Proficient with Figma, InVision, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Zeplin, etc.
• Strong problem‑solving, analysis, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in dynamic, sometimes ambiguous conditions and collaborate remotely.

Salary Range: $140,000 – $185,000
