7th Street Burger is one of the fastest-growing burger brands in the Northeast, with 30+ locations across New York, Boston, New Jersey, and the DMV. We're building the next great neighborhood burger brand through simplicity, quality, and authentic neighborhood roots.

As Architecture & Design Manager, you'll lead the design and execution of new restaurant developments from site acquisition through construction. Working closely with our Director of Architecture & Design, you'll coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver restaurants that are on-brand, buildable, and operationally successful. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys balancing design, technical coordination, project management, and construction support in a fast‑paced growth environment.

• Manage multiple restaurant development projects from site acquisition through opening.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, expeditors, and specialty consultants.
• Review and coordinate permit and construction drawing sets.
• Develop layouts, design packages, finish schedules, and prototype updates.
• Manage FF&E, finish selections, and approved material standards.
• Support construction through RFIs, submittals, site visits, and field coordination.
• Maintain and evolve brand standards, prototype documents, and design guidelines.
• Partner with Operations and Facilities to incorporate lessons learned into future projects.
• Collaborate with Construction, Real Estate, Marketing, and Operations throughout the development process.

• 4 years minimum of experience in architecture, restaurant/retail design, or project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
• Experience managing projects through design, permitting, and construction.
• Strong understanding of construction documents, building codes, ADA requirements, and consultant coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit;
  Rhino, Grasshopper, and Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus.
• Experience with construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, and site observations.
• Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
• Restaurant, hospitality, or retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
