Client: Banking

Position: Presentation/Graphics Designer

Duration: 12+ Months (Long-Term Contract)

Location: Getzville, NY - 14068 (Onsite)

Pay Range: $28- $32/hr.

Role Overview
  • Work within the Presentation Design Studio
    , supporting internal banking clients across Investment Banking, Treasury & Trade Solutions, Markets, and Corporate Advisory teams
  • Create high-quality presentation and design materials for live deals, pitch books, and other high‑profile investment banking transactions
  • Operate in a fast‑paced, 24/7 service environment with tight turnaround times
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and produce a wide range of deal‑related collateral
    , including
    • Pitch books
    • Deal books
    • Presentation covers
    • Templates
    • Infographics
    • Custom design materials
  • Use MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite to create and update presentation/design deliverables
  • Support the development of creative PowerPoint pitch books with strong visual and conceptual enhancements
  • Provide visual design solutions to improve client‑facing materials, including motion graphics
  • Create and trace visual elements such as:
    • Logos
    • Maps
    • Illustrations
  • Ensure all materials are accurately branded according to company standards
  • Advise internal clients on brand usage and design consistency
  • Coordinate directly with workflow teams and internal clients to understand:
    • Deadlines
    • Job instructions
    • Design expectations
  • Complete administrative tasks related to:
    • Job tracking
    • Work billing
    • Department workflow support
  • Perform quality control (QC) checks on materials and assist teammates with QC when required
  • Support new team members after training
  • Contribute to best practices, internal initiatives, and production improvement programs
Required Experience
  • 2-5+ years of experience in administrative, operational, or production support within a corporate/service‑oriented environment
  • Prior experience in a financial institution or banking environment is preferred/ideal
  • Strong hands‑on experience in graphic design and presentation production
Required Skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of:
    • MS Office
      :
      PowerPoint, Excel, Word
    • Adobe Creative Cloud
      :
      Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Professional
  • Ability to create polished, client‑ready presentations and branded materials
  • Strong understanding of graphic design, visual layout, and presentation formatting
Nice‑to‑Have / Preferred Skills
  • Experience with:
    • Map Info
    • Adobe Animate
    • Adobe Audition
    • Blender
  • Knowledge of external print processes
Education / Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design or related field
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in a corporate environment, or equivalent practical experience
  • Must be able to provide a portfolio / recent work samples
