- Your visuals will speak to our community of queer and gender expansive humans.
- Translate a great idea, trend or announcement into tangible assets for sharing with the community.
- Work collaboratively, organized and creative, and effectively work to a brief.
- Take consistent pride in your work and bring bold, brave, and effective ideas.
- Balance commercial objectives with design integrity.
- Can take direction and feedback.
- Aligned with team values of Act Like An Owner, Be Respectful, Be Resilient, Check your Ego, Binaries are meant to be broken, Honest conversations (no matter how uncomfortable) create change, and All representation is good representation.
