Location: New York
One of North America’s leading apparel companies is growing and looking for a motivated Designer on a full‑time basis to contribute to our creative atmosphere. We are a fast‑paced organization specializing in sportswear across Men’s, Young Men’s, Women’s, Kids, private label, and licensed programs. We currently have an immediate opening for a talented designer with expertise in sleepwear, basics, and loungewear, including CAD design, tech pack development, and full product lifecycle management from prototype development through TOP samples.
Job Duties- Researching the market and initiating original concepts
- Designing silhouette sketches and seasonal concept trends
- Developing colors, fabrications, all‑over prints, and trims
- Executing detailed tech packs for overseas makers and technical designers
- Partnering with the production team on approvals to maintain on‑time deliveries
- Strong CAD skills
- Detailed and conscientious of deadlines
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- 5 years of relative design experience working in the Men’s market
- Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop on a Mac platform
