Senior Project Designer – Workplace | New York
This leading international architecture and design practice is seeking a Senior Project Designer to join its growing Workplace team in New York.
This is an opportunity for a talented design leader to shape innovative, people-focused workplace environments for high-profile clients while driving projects from concept through to delivery.
What you'll do:- Lead the design and execution of complex workplace projects
- Drive concept development, space planning, and design strategy
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and technical teams
- Present compelling design solutions and oversee project delivery
- Mentor designers and contribute to a strong design culture
- Balance creativity with commercial, budget, and programme objectives
- 8+ years' experience in workplace interiors and/or architecture
- Degree-qualified in Architecture or Interior Design
- Strong design portfolio with exceptional presentation skills
- Proven experience leading projects and managing stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and industry-standard design software
- NCIDQ, LEED and/or WELL credentials advantageous
