Cobalt Recruitment is seeking a Project Architect in New York City to lead restoration projects across landmark-designated properties. You will coordinate architecture and engineering teams, manage project planning, and ensure deadlines are met from planning through construction administration.
The ideal candidate has 6–10 years in restoration architecture in NYC, strong Local Law 11/FISP experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel.
