OVERVIEWThe Designer, CVM
-Windows brings the brand’s creative vision to life within retail environments. Responsible for conceptualizing and executing window displays and in-store creative environments, this role plays a key part in driving engagement and elevating brand presence across global and regional markets.
The candidate must be a proactive, adaptable team player who excels in high-energy environments and brings a flexible, problem‑solving approach to every challenge.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Ideate, design and develop visual merchandising concepts for global seasonal windows campaigns, Heritage Creatives window displays, and special projects (New store opening windows, artist collaboration windows).
- Produce sketches, renders, design presentations and design intent documents to present ideas to internal teams and general management for approval
- Adapt design concepts for global rollout across a large variety of stores and fixtures format
- Liaise with production departments to communicate any design intentions in details
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting the set deadlines
- Support project installation in‑store when required
- Research materials, finishes and innovations to continuously push the brand image
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Interior Design, Set Design, or related field
- 2 to 3 years of work experience in design field or related
- Strong understanding of creative visual merchandising and luxury environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Advanced skills in 3D CAD Skills (Rhinoceros 3D, Keyshot, or Similar)
- Understanding of production processes (project developments, technical drawings,…)
- Excellent conceptual, spatial, and storytelling skills
- Excellent communication, presentation skills, attention to detail, and ability to perform under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of production methods, materials, and fabrication processes
