In this role, you’ll take a central position in shaping design concepts from inception. Collaborating closely with senior designers, you’ll help bring client visions to life, sourcing mood imagery, defining material palettes, and selecting finishes, sanitaryware, and ironmongery that reflect the studio’s signature style. You'll contribute to early design development through concept drawings, support the creation of material and image libraries, and confidently present ideas to clients and stakeholders.

You’ll work in close partnership with the broader studio team, ensuring smooth coordination across all project elements. Beyond concept work, you’ll take ownership of critical project delivery components from managing detailed drawing packages for construction, legal, and planning submissions to preparing presentation materials and attending site visits and consultant meetings. Additionally, you’ll help maintain project documentation and support junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing studio culture.
