CRÈME / Jun Aizaki Architecture & Design is a boutique multidisciplinary design firm based in Williamsburg, New York. We specialize in Hospitality, Retail, and Residential design.

Position:
Senior Designer/Project Manager – Full‑time – New York, NY, US

You will lead projects from start to finish, handling design conceptualization, space planning, FF&E specification, purchasing, construction documentation, and construction administration. You will manage client, vendor, contractor, and subcontractor communication. Hospitality design experience is required.

• A degree in Architecture or Design with a focus on Hospitality (experience in retail and multi‑unit residential interiors is a plus)
• Excellent professional, presentation, and people skills
• Self‑starter with strong multitasking and prioritizing abilities
• Ability to balance big picture and detail regarding design, development, schedule, and budget
• Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience, including 2–3 years in project management with completed CA
• Proven proficiency in managing schedules, projects, and design teams for interior projects
• Proven experience from schematic through construction documentation
• Experience with construction administration, RFIs, and subcontractor coordination
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Sketch Up/Rhino or 3D Max, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• English fluency required;
  Japanese language skills are a plus
