Location: New York
Photon, based in Brooklyn, is seeking a Head of Design to define how Photon feels, works, and shows up in the world. You will own design from patient UX to enterprise storytelling, guiding product design, brand, and narrative systems while collaborating with leadership across Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Ops.
You’ll shape the design language for a trustful, modern platform in a fast-paced healthcare context, raising the bar on craft and systems while growing a hands-on design function.
