Responsibilities
- Combine craft expertise with understanding of customers and business to co-create innovative solutions
- Leverage strong writing and understanding of user experience design skills to craft compelling digital content
- Use data, research insights and creative problem‑solving to support customer‑centered design decisions
- Work with team and partners to gather feedback, understand tech/data capabilities and emerging technologies
- Build relationships with cross‑functional partners and continuously identify opportunities to collaborate
- Present work to diverse audiences using a human‑centered approach, effectively articulating decisions
- At least 2 years of experience in content design, content strategy, or UX writing
- At least 2 years of experience working with and contributing to an established design system
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Experience collaborating with product, tech and business partners
- Experience working in heavily regulated, data‑heavy problem spaces
