Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 annually.
- Team member for large‑scale renovation projects involving multiple buildings and campus infrastructure. Projects may also include sustainable mixed‑use, residential, education and institutional work from feasibility through construction administration.
- Interface with Project Manager, Project Architect and other team members. Coordinate individual work scopes with the rest of the project team.
- Participate in coordination of design and production of all phases, schematic design, design development and construction documents.
- Assist in preparation of technical drawings, design and conceptual presentation imagery.
- Assist with bid period and construction administration services, including site visits and coordination with the owner (private and/or public agency).
- Minimum 4‑7 years of experience, including rehabilitation of existing buildings.
- Expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM). Excellent REVIT skills and full understanding of LOD classifications and industry standards for model elements at all phases.
- Navisworks experience a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and design skills; ability to work independently.
- Experience in construction documentation and construction administration.
- Commitment to sustainable design.
- Experience in New York City, NYC Building Codes and multi‑family housing a plus.
- Professional architectural degree from an accredited institution.
- 3‑D proficiency and Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) required.
- LEED and/or Passive House certification a plus.
- Excellent English language communication and client interface skills.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- US experience required.
