Location: New York
Responsibilities
- Be an integral part of the product design team that is evolving CNN’s advertising products
- Create user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively conceptualize product features
- Help drive user research sessions and usability tests
- Create, contribute, and maintain components for our design system
- Champion design principles, design systems and product roadmap
- Shape the future of CNN's monetization by collaborating with stakeholders
- 5+ years as a product designer, with at least 2 years in ad tech, marketing tech, or growth design
- Strong Figma experience, including with variables, components, styles, and shared libraries
- Good track record of product thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in utilizing, creating and modifying design system components
- Experience working on consumer-facing products within large-scale organizations
- Bonus points for experience in news/media
- Strong record of fostering cross‑functional collaboration
