Senior Architect

Azar Design Co., a multidisciplinary architecture, engineering, surveying, environmental, and construction management firm with over 45 years of experience is seeking an experienced Senior Licensed Architect (RA) to join our team in New York City or New York State. We're looking for a dynamic leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a proven ability to lead complex, large-scale projects from concept through construction.

• Current and valid Registered Architect (RA) license in the State of New York.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, with demonstrated experience using current versions of the software for BIM modeling, design development, and construction document production.
• Extensive experience with building materials, specifications, construction methods, and construction document preparation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, schedule, and budget.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams, mentoring staff, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience delivering complex public and private sector projects.
• Demonstrated experience preparing technical proposals, RFQs/RFPs, and qualifications packages, including technical writing, scope development, staffing plans, project narratives, and coordination of proposal submissions for public and private sector projects.
