We are seeking a well‑qualified entry‑level Architect to join our studio which is currently working on design‑oriented high‑end residential projects in NYC.
This is a permanent full‑time position for someone with the desire to gain outstanding professional experience as well as to make a long‑term positive contribution toward building a vibrant studio. The candidate should be highly motivated and well organized, have the versatility to work on a variety of tasks and scales at one time, and be very detail‑oriented. The candidate must have a professional architecture degree, and have legal US work status.
The position involves exceptional opportunities for professional development in all phases of the office’s projects…from early design phases through construction administration, including on‑site construction experience…as well as being immersed into the general operations of an intimate small‑studio environment. The responsibilities shall include drawing & modeling toward both design presentations and documentation deliverables, materials & systems research, as well as the review and processing of samples and submittals.
The candidate shall have +/- 1-3 years of professional experience, ideally with some involved in NYC high‑end residential apartment renovation work.
