Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll play a central role in shaping the visual and interaction design across Robinhood’s product ecosystem
• You’ll work from 0 to 1, building entirely new systems while maintaining a cohesive design identity
• Your focus will be on delivering best-in-class craft, with opportunities to prototype and explore motion to create polished, engaging experiences!
• Design at Robinhood is AI-first
• This is a role for someone who already uses AI as a core part of how they think, explore, and execute
• Use AI to explore problem spaces, surface edge cases, stress-test ideas, and generate early prototypes. Let AI accelerate the work while you guide intent, structure, and quality
• Drive end-to-end design of key features across our products and experiences
• Create visually compelling, cohesive designs that elevate our user experience
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including Product, Engineering, Content, and Research
• Contribute to and evolve our design system
• Help set the standard for design craft and product excellence across the team

• Active use of AI in your design workflow - you already use LLMs to think through problems, explore approaches, and move faster
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to build and maintain scalable design systems
• Bonus: Prototyping and motion design skills to bring interactions to life
• Demonstrated success designing consumer-facing products, ideally in fintech or adjacent spaces
• Experience taking products from concept to launch
• 5+ years of experience as a product designer with a strong visual design portfolio
