DESIGNER - Belts

Job Overview

We are looking for a designer to help design & develop belts for branded and private label, reporting to the Design Director. This position is based in our NYC office and requires 3 days in the office.

• Design and develop on-trend belts based on design direction provided by Design Director
• Collaborate closely with Design Director and ensure timely and accurate execution
• Create detailed CADs, and tech packs/spec sheets for development
• Send tech packs/specs to overseas factories and communicate daily to manage sample development
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

• Knowledge and experience with Photoshop and Illustrator
• Must be able to CAD both flat sketches and photo-real
• Clear communication skills are mandatory as this position
• Corresponds daily with overseas vendors to support development, troubleshoot issues, and ensure design intent is executed accurately

• Strong knowledge of Adobe applications, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
• A strong understanding of trend and competitive markets
• Excellent interpersonal, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
• Must have experience designing belts

Salary: $75,000-$100,000
