IEEE is seeking a Senior Conference Planner to serve as the subject matter expert on conference planning, policy and procedures for IEEE/Com Soc. You will work with volunteer organizers on site selection, contracts, budgets, program planning and speaker relations to ensure financially sustainable, engaging conferences.
Reporting to the Conferences Director, this role requires strong project management, communication, and budget skills, with travel 25-35% (primarily international).
