STO Building Group in New York, NY, is seeking an entry-level Reality Capture & MEP BIM Modeler to join the VDC Department. You will assist with laser scanning, point cloud processing, and Scan-to-BIM workflows to produce construction-ready BIM deliverables.
You will support Revit modeling for architectural, structural, and basic MEP systems, participate in model validation, and ensure accuracy per departmental standards.
