Job Description & How to Apply Below
Location: New York

We are excited to be partnering with a highly regarded, award-winning multidisciplinary design studio to appoint an Interior Designer for their growing team. Renowned for delivering beautifully crafted hospitality, retail, and high-end residential projects, this design-led practice has built an outstanding reputation for creating thoughtful, immersive spaces with an exceptional level of detail. With a collaborative and people-focused culture, the studio is equally committed to design excellence, sustainability, and fostering an environment where its team can thrive both professionally and personally.

This is an excellent opportunity for a designer with around 3–5 years of post-graduate experience, ideally gained within hospitality or luxury interior design. Working across multiple projects, you will contribute to every stage of the design process, producing high-quality drawing packages, presentations, material palettes, 3D models, and detailed documentation. You'll collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors while helping to ensure projects are delivered creatively, thoughtfully, and with meticulous attention to detail.

The successful candidate will hold a degree in Interior Design or Architecture and possess strong design sensibility alongside excellent organisational skills. Proficiency in Rhino, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential, while experience with BIM software and photorealistic rendering packages would be highly advantageous. You should be confident managing multiple priorities, solving design challenges within real-world constraints, and willing to travel for projects when required.

Alongside the opportunity to work on exceptional design projects, the studio offers an impressive benefits package including flexible hybrid working, an alternating four-day work week, generous company shutdown periods, healthcare, retirement contributions, an annual education stipend, and a genuinely supportive studio culture.
