Senior Technician Designer

You'll own technical development from initial concept through production for your assigned categories, leading fit sessions and delivering clear, actionable fit corrections along the way. You'll ensure every garment meets brand standards for fit, balance, and construction, and you'll create and maintain accurate technical packages, including specs and construction details.

Working closely with design and production, you'll make sure each product is executed exactly as intended. You'll communicate directly with overseas vendors to support development and resolve issues as they arise, troubleshooting fit and construction challenges with practical, efficient solutions. Throughout, you'll maintain consistency in fit and standards across styles, and you'll provide support and guidance to interns or junior team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Fashion Design, Technical Design, or a related field (Bachelor's preferred)
• 8–10+ years of technical design experience in women's apparel
• Strong knowledge of pattern making, garment construction, and fit analysis
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel
• Experience working with global vendors
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate fit direction
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
