Hospitality Intermediate Interior Design Consultants

Are you a highly technical Interior Designer with hospitality experience looking for your next opportunity with one of the world’s most respected design firms?

Parade Staffing has partnered with
an award winning hospitality firm
to hire
three Hospitality Interior Design Consultants
to join their New York City studio immediately. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to world-class hospitality projects while working alongside an award-winning design team.

This is an initial2-3 month consulting assignment
with a strong possibility of being converted into a full-time employee based on performance and project needs.

• Produce detailed construction documentation for hospitality interior projects.
• Develop and coordinate
  millwork and custom casework drawings
  .
• Prepare comprehensive drawing sets from design development through construction documentation.
• Create and coordinate
  FF&E drawings
  and furniture plans.
• Collaborate closely with project designers, architects, and consultants to ensure design intent is accurately documented.
• Maintain a high level of precision while working within fast-paced project schedules.

• Professional experience in
  hospitality interior design
  .
• Strong proficiency in
  AutoCAD
  (required).
• Demonstrated experience producing complete construction document sets.
• Extensive experience creating
  millwork/shop drawings
  .
• Experience preparing
  FF&E documentation
  is highly preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic studio environment.

• Location:New York City (On-site)
• Start Date:Immediate
• Duration:2-3 months
• Potential:Opportunity to convert to a permanent position
• Compensation:$35-$45/hour
  , depending on experience
• Overtime:Paid at1.5x hourly rate
