Job TitleCoordinator, Architecture (North America)
Primary PurposeThe Coordinator, Store Design will oversee new store projects, renovations, enhancements and concept work for the Coach brand. The role will be based in our corporate office in New York, 3 days a week in the office and 2 days a week remote.
Responsibilities- Assist with new stores, including renovations and enhancement projects from feasibility to opening.
- Review project designs with direct manager to ensure all cross‑functional teams including Visual Merchandising, sales, Business Development and construction are aligned.
- Update projects as needed to meet business needs and budget constraints.
- Review construction and millwork drawings for accurate information, materials and sizing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design preferred.
- 1+ years experience in an architecture/drafting position.
- Experience in retail design and reviewing construction/millwork drawings a plus.
- Excellent proficiency in ACAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch Up and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to work independently and cross‑functionally with other business groups.
- Highly organized, self‑starter with ability to handle multiple priorities at once.
- Strong communication skills and self‑motivation.
- Must be able to read and understand architectural and millwork drawings.
Hybrid: 3 days a week in the office (New York) and 2 days a week remote.
Base Pay Range$66,300.00 – $70,000.00
