Future Fit AI seeks a Lead Product Designer to own the look, feel, and coherence of the platform across job seeker, staff, employer, and admin surfaces. You will lead large, complex design initiatives end‑to‑end and set the design standard for our multi‑tenant, government‑adjacent workflows.
You will drive a unified design language, enforce accessibility by default, and mentor peers while collaborating with Product and TPMs from problem framing to ship and iteration.
